Bethlehem, Pa.-based St. Luke’s University Health Network is in talks to acquire Grand View Health in Sellersville, Pa., The Philadelphia Inquirer reported. Both systems have signed nonbinding letters of intent to explore the potential for Grand View to join St. Luke’s, which has 15 campuses and more than 350 outpatient sites, according to its website. Grand View is one of two single-hospital health systems in Bucks County.
