Skokie, IL-based Stage Equity Partners (SEP), which focuses on healthcare real estate, recently acquired two medical office buildings in San Antonio and Midland for an undisclosed sum. The Midland deal, which closed earlier this month, saw SEP structure a 20-year sale-leaseback on Midland Women’s Clinic, one of the largest women’s health practices in West Texas. In a separate transaction that closed in February, before the height of the pandemic, SEP acquired the 20,000-square-foot San Antonio Medical Office Building, a 100%-leased, multi-tenant MOB.
