New York’s and Connecticut’s attorneys general gave the green light on a pending deal between Northwell Health and Nuvance Health — with conditions. Connecticut Attorney General William Tong (D) and New York State Attorney General Letitia James (D) concluded the anticompetitive effects of the merger would be minimal with the conditions, according to the agreement.
