Tarrytown Expocare on the Auction Block

Tarrytown Expocare, a Sheridan Capital-backed specialty pharmacy, is up for sale, three sources familiar tell Axios. It’s attracting significant sponsor interest despite the threat of President Trump’s “most favored nation” drug pricing proposal, two sources say. The business generates around $50 million in EBITDA, the sources say, with one noting it could fetch a mid-teens multiple of EBITDA. Sheridan bought Tarrytown for a reported $160 million in 2020. The business was marketed on $14 million of EBITDA at the time, implying a deal multiple of around 11x.
