TriaVision, one of Alabama’s fastest-growing vision care groups, is welcoming VisionFirst, a leading eye care practice with nearly 30 years of history and five locations, into its statewide network. After decades of service as UAB faculty members, 14 former UAB Callahan Eye Hospital doctors founded TriaVision in 2024. Since this landmark transition, TriaVision has rapidly expanded its independent, collaborative vision care model. Today, the organization’s 25 ophthalmologists and optometrists represent the alignment of some of the most experienced eye surgeons and clinicians in the state, providing more than 100,000 patient visits and nearly 9,000 sight-preserving surgeries annually across 13 locations.
