Trilogy Health Services has acquired Kingston HealthCare Company and 14 of its communities in a move that CEO Leigh Ann Barney said is a “great complement” to the existing Trilogy portfolio in Indiana and Ohio. The communities deepen Trilogy’s presence in Indiana and Ohio – including in Fort Wayne, where the operator is gaining a new foothold – bringing its total community count nationwide to 144 properties. The current complexity of senior living is pushing operators to find new ways to meet resident needs, according to the leader of the Louisville, Kentucky-based operator.
