Though there’s significant uncertainty around the future of the insurance industry, many remarks can be summed up in a line from Cigna CEO David Cordani: “We feel bullish on 2021.” And despite the major role of government in regulating healthcare, most officials seemed agnostic on the presidential election looming in less than two months.
