Westchester Medical Center Health Network (WMCHealth) and Bon Secours Mercy Health (BSMH) announces they have amicably agreed to end their joint venture partnership involving Bon Secours Charity Health System (BSCHS), with WMCHealth assuming full ownership and operational control of the three BSCHS hospitals in its Western Region – Good Samaritan Hospital in Suffern, NY, Bon Secours Community Hospital in Port Jervis, NY, and St. Anthony Community Hospital in Warwick, NY. The transaction also includes nursing home facilities, which will continue to provide uninterrupted, high-quality care for residents and their families.
