A pair of real estate transactions valued at $45 million will result in new owners for the properties that house Kaleida Health’s Western New York Urology Associates. The deals involve medical office and surgery center properties in Orchard Park and Cheektowaga where the urology practice is the anchor tenant. According to deeds filed in the Erie County Clerk’s office this week, both properties will transition between limited liability companies, all registered in Chicago.
