Evolution Capital Partners’ portfolio company Empire Dental Arts (“Empire”) announced Tuesday it has acquired Papich-Forsyth D.D.S. & Associates. Established in 2017 and headquartered in Mentor, Ohio, Empire is a dental partnership organization that provides operational support and services to a network of dental practices in Northeast Ohio. This is the first investment Empire has made since being acquired by Evolution Capital Partners of Cleveland in early January 2020. It increases Empire’s affiliated offices to six in Northeast Ohio. Founded by Dr. Maria Papich-Forsyth, Papich-Forsyth D.D.S & Associates has two locations in Stow and Cuyahoga Falls.
