Montecito Medical, one of the nation’s leading acquirers of medical office real estate, has completed the acquisition of a 60,200-square-foot healthcare property in North Augusta, South Carolina. The building is fully occupied by AO Multispecialty Clinic, a physician-owned medical group based in Augusta, Georgia. The North Augusta property, which includes a state-of-the-art radiation oncology center, offers care in a range of medical specialties, including oncology, rheumatology, urology, internal medicine, plastic surgery, and dietary and nutritional health. “This acquisition reflects our strategy to enter into long-term partnerships with prominent provider groups in growing market areas,” said Rus Gudnyy, Senior Vice President of Investments at Montecito Medical.
