An orthodontist has signed a new lease at a Pennington office building after acquiring a practice long based at the property, in a deal arranged by Commercial Property Network Inc. The brokerage team said DeSimone & Kelley Orthodontics occupies 1,143 square feet under a fresh 10-year lease at Pennington Point West, a 30,000-square-foot complex at 2 Tree Farm Road at the Route 31 intersection. The deal follows Dr. Nicholas Kelley’s acquisition of the former DeSimone Orthodontics, which had operated at the property for some 30 years.
