Southern California Hospital at Culver City has been acquired by NOR Healthcare Systems Corp., led by healthcare executive Michael Sarian, according to a company statement announcing the deal and outlining changes the new owner says it has implemented since taking over. The hospital traces its origins to 1925, when it was founded by Dr. Foster Hull, Culver City’s first health officer, the company said.
