Medical-clinic operator Carbon Health Technologies Inc. filed for bankruptcy in Texas on Monday. An affiliate of the company listed between $100 million and $500 million in debt in its Chapter 11 petition. Carbon Health raised $350 million in 2021 from investors led by Blackstone’s Horizon, which would have valued the healthcare provider at about $3 billion, Bloomberg News reported at the time. Carbon Health operates dozens of urgent-care and primary-care clinics in states including California, Massachusetts and Texas, according to the company’s website.
